"Laten we met de glazen deur in huis vallen: we komen precies nooit in Park Frankendael in Amsterdam Oost. Sorry! Al maken we voor Restaurant de Kas graag een gezonde uitzondering. Nergens in de stad (Nederland?) dineer je namelijk in zo'n enorme kweekkas. We kunnen nu zo'n uitgekauwd farm-to-table verhaal ophangen, maar daar zit werkelijk niemand op zit te wachten.
