"Bij Flore wil je eten. Het restaurant dat 2 sterren vergaarde onder chef Richard van Oostenbrugge (nu Restaurant 212) heeft nu wéér 2 sterren met chef Bas van Kranen. En een groene ster, het teken dat hier duurzaam gekookt wordt. Hier ziet het er chic uit, het restaurant heeft een enorme verzameling fantastische wijnen en het eten liegt er niet om. Van Kranen kookt het jaar door met smaakprofielen, kortgezegd; vis in het voorjaar, groenten in de zomer en vlees in het najaar.
