"Er zijn weinig vegetarische gerechten waar wij af en toe cravings naar hebben, maar Restaurant Entrepot heeft het gepresteerd met de gele biet in beurre blanc. Alleen dit gerecht is alleen al dé reden om naar dit restaurant toe te gaan, maar er zijn er meer. Binnenkomen bij Entrepot is altijd even wennen. Het restaurant, dat zich in een oud biljartzaal heeft gevestigd oogt bij daglicht als een te groot klaslokaal waarin een pop-up restaurant zich heeft gevestigd. Dat gevoel duurt ongeveer twee minuten totdat je zit en je wordt ondergedompeld met de hospitality van het team en je één van de lekkerste broden van de stad krijgt voorgeschoteld. 1-0 voor Restaurant Entrepot. Die voorsprong geven ze de rest van de avond niet meer uit handen, maar bouwen ze uit met een zeer betaalbare kaart vol kleine gerechtjes. De kaart is wisselend en bevat vaak verrassend veel gerechten zonder vlees. De gele biet in romige beurre blanc brengt de genadeklap.
