"Twee sterren en toch geen poespas. FRED is Rotterdamse luxe op z’n best: strak en smaakvol. En met Fred Mustert die op z'n Rotterdams steevast komt vragen "of het een beetje binnen te houden is". Zorg dat je de tijd hebt, zodat je het meest uitgebreide menu kunt kiezen. Al is 'even snel' lunchen hier ook een aanrader. Iets minder smaken, maar wel betaalbaarder. Wijnen en het eten zijn altijd geweldig, Fred heeft 2 sterren en 17,5 koksmutsen bij Gault Millau en hoort altijd in de Top 10 van de Lekker 500. Tip van ons: ga hier altijd voor de kaas.
