"Op de Dam, waar de Koninklijke Industrieele Groote Club huist, vind je in hetzelfde pand ook een luxe hotel met bijbehorend restaurant Bougainville, dat een Michelinster heeft. En daarbij komt ook nog eens Bar TwentySeven! Deze bar op de 4e verdieping heeft uitzicht op de Dam en waar je ook kijkt, het ziet er enorm chique uit. Ze pretenderen er ongekende service te hebben – en dat klopt. Bij deze service horen ook flinke prijzen, maar hey, je moet je zuurverdiende geld ergens aan uitgeven. Dat deden wij aan een Clear Espresso Martini (€25). Een werkelijk waar geniaal drankje, helder, gemaakt met vodka, Tia Maria, chocolade, vanille en koffie. Prachtig drankje, dat al naar gelang je er meer van drinkt steeds meer tonen van chocolade prijs geeft.
