"Voor restaurant ARCA van het art'otel, tegenover Centraal Station, is tweesterrenchef Henrique Sá Pessoa overgevlogen uit Portugal. Voor de gelegenheid neemt hij zijn hele team mee. Niet als doel om hier ook twee Michelin-sterren bij elkaar te koken, maar vooral om Amsterdam te verleiden met de fantastische Portugese keuken. Alleen al door een snelle blik op het menu heb je directemundo zin in de zomer. Gegrilde tonijnsteak met zoete aardappel, inktvis in witte wijn en een zijdezacht buikspek met sinaasappel. De een nog frisser en verfijnder dan de ander. De Portugese bitterbal met chorizo en kalfsnek is een fantastische knipoog naar de Nederlandse borrelcultuur. Tel hier enkele fantastische Portugese wijnen bij op en je snapt dat we redelijk fan zijn van ARCA. Geen tijd voor een heel diner?
