"Ja, klopt. Dit is valsspelen. Maar een eend is ook gevogelte en Chung is toevallig echt de bom. Waarom? Je eet hier voor nog geen vier tientjes vier gangen met eend in verschillende bereidingen. Pannenkoekjes met hoisinsaus, pekingeend, soep met eend. Stuk voor stuk geweldige gerechten.
