Bij Vis op de Dijk eet je overigens vis, mocht je een vleesliefhebber zijn dan moet je dat bij het reserveren aangeven – anders eet je toch echt vis. Dat is niet erg, want Tim weet heel goed wat hij met zijn – altijd kakelverse – vis moet doen.
