About

Tucked away in the Brabant village of Nuenen, Bouchot is the project that chef Bram Venhorst and hostess Tessa van de Wouw built on the foundations of their years of experience at restaurant Inter Scaldes. Their guiding principle: a return to honest, unpretentious cooking rooted in French culinary tradition, where pure flavours speak for themselves.

The name Bouchot signals the kitchen's affinity for fish and shellfish, though classic meat preparations are equally at home on the menu. Dishes such as pâté en croûte with onion cream and sweet-sour fruit chutney, or pan-fried plaice with mussels and a bright beurre blanc, showcase the kind of disciplined craftsmanship that earned the restaurant a 13/20 from Gault&Millau on its very first listing and a place in the Michelin selection. A near-perfect Google rating of 4.9 across 56 reviews underlines the team's consistent delivery.

Tessa van de Wouw's warm, characteristically Brabantian hospitality ensures that every guest feels immediately at ease. For lovers of classic French cooking delivered with genuine care, Bouchot is already one of the most compelling new addresses in the Eindhoven region.

Classic French excellence awaits — reserve your table at Bouchot today.

Cityguys
