"Weinig gebouwen in Amsterdam zijn zo iconisch als Hotel Krasnapolsky bij het monument op de Dam. En, wat (te) weinig locals weten: naast geweldig slapen kun je hier ook fantastisch cocktails drinken. Bij The Tailor is barmanager Alex "Monty" Montrose (met zijn team) in de geschiedenis van Mr. Krasnapolsky gedoken. Het resultaat is een kaart met vijftien cocktails, ingedeeld in de drie voornaamste hobby's van de hotel-naamgever: tuinieren, ondernemen en de kunst van het kleermaken. Tip van de sluier: beginnen met een Green Fingers (een soort clarified bloody mary met Botanist Gin, Martini Abrato en Greenhouse soda) en dan doorpakken met de Mr. H (o.a.
