"Weer zo'n horecazaak op de Wallen waar je nietsvermoedend langsloopt: cocktailbar (en guesthouse) Rosalia's Menagerie. In dit smalle 17-eeuwse grachtenpand naast de Nieuwmarkt vind je een van de leukste en verrassende speakeasies van Amsterdam. Wat ons betreft de Rivella Light onder de cocktailbars — een beetje vreemd, maar wel lekker. Rosalia’s begon ooit als jenever- en korenwijn-walhalla, maar haalt tegenwoordig inspiratie uit alle windrichtingen.
